Refund Policy:
All sales on personalized and autographed items are final.

For all other items, returns received by us within 7 days of receipt (un-opened) will receive full credit (Refunds do not include shipping/handling costs), if not returned within 7 days of receipt customer will get a store credit once item is returned (unopened/undamaged and in selling condition). Canceling an order before shipment has been made must be done within 1 day of your online purchase. These requests can not be guaranteed, however, because orders are sometimes processed immediately.  If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.
