Press / Booking Inquiries - If you have a press or booking request – email press@tkeyah.com. Due to the volume of mail we receive, only press or booking inquiries will be accepted at this address. Please put your company or organization’s name in the subject of your email, include your title and contact number and put your complete request in the body of your email, as we do not open attachments.

Merchandise Orders – Make sure you include your complete address – it takes the post office a long time to track lost mail. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your USPS tracking number (US orders) or customs number (Int’l orders). Orders are usually processed within two business days. US orders are sent Priority mail and are usually received within 2-3 business days of shipment. International orders are sent Global Priority and are usually received within 10 ten business days of shipment. If you still have a question, email us at crystalshop@tkeyah.com. Due to the volume of mail we receive, only merchandise order inquiries will be accepted at this address. Non related emails sent to this address will not be considered or forwarded.
